When she was growing up, Kelly Pisani was always surrounded by sewing machines, creative parents and a massive stack of her grandmother’s Burda magazines.
Naturally, this environment nurtured her artistic instincts, and, from an early age, she developed a unique sense of style she continues to refine to this day. “With that foundation, it didn’t take long for me to discover the vintage fashion industry,” she says.

In late 2016, she joined Malta’s young but vibrant thrifting community and contributed to the scene by guiding others and inviting them to join her in the pursuit of timeless fashion on social media. In 2020, she began the Thrifted District Vintage, a small business where she sewed her own pieces using vintage and reworked fabrics, which later became Dainty Vintage.

After years of experience in different areas, wherein she constantly improved her skills, she decided to take the jump and, together with Lexi Borg, take Dainty Vintage to another level. Today, she is proud to say that Dainty Vintage embodies everything she has learned so far.
